追加参加連絡

参加予約に関しての注意事項

• 参加希望日の前日がお休みの場合は前営業日の午後5時で受付を終了します（例：月曜日に参加希望の場合は金曜日の午後５時で受付終了）。
• こちらの参加予約は送信した時点で予約を確約するものではありません。当校からの予約可否のメール返信がない場合は、お電話にてご確認ください。
• ご契約のコースと同じコースへ参加希望の場合は、ご参加希望日の２週間前より予約を承ります（例：レギュラーコース→レギュラーコース）。
• ご契約のコースと違うコースへ参加希望の場合は、ご参加希望日の１週間前より予約を承ります（例：アフターキンダー→レギュラーコース）。

Concerning Make-us / classes Reservations

• In the event that the day before your desired an additional lesson is a holiday or non-business day, the deadline for requesting the additional lesson will be 5:00 pm on the previous business day.(Ex., For reservation of an additional lesson on a Monday, deadline for reservation is 5:00 pm on Friday.)
• The use of this form will not guarantee the reservation of your additional lesson. If you do not receive a confirmation email regarding your reservation, please contact us through phone.
• If you wish to schedule an additional lesson that is the same type as your currently contracted course, reservations may be made up to 2 weeks in advance. (Ex. Regular course → Regular course)
• If you wish to schedule an additional lesson that is different from as your currently contracted course, reservations may be made up to 1 week in advance. (Ex. After Kinder course → Regular course)
